With our dedicated concierge services, we perform regular check-ins and follow a meticulous checklist during each visit. This means you’ll always be in the loop about your home's condition. Any issues? You’ll be the first to know, and we'll take care of necessary repairs and maintenance swiftly, so your home is always ready for your arrival.

Pricing Packages

Classic

Classic Package--On-site Services Include:

  • Interior & Exterior Review with a 40+ Point Checklist Completed (each Trip)

  • Share any/all items of concern noted during each trip

  • A/C Filter Change (customization by client) and Smoke Detector batteries changed as needed (product costs not included; charged separately)

  • Care for/water plants (as instructed by client)

  • Sort and forward US Mail (as instructed).

Signature

Signature Package--On-site Services Include:

  • 2 Trips per month (Includes all On-site Services in Classic Package)
                            PLUS

  • Provide Three (3) additional Concierge on-site, client-selected services per month (some examples include):

    • Fill candy dishes with special candy

    • Set Table for Special Dinner

    • Start and run your garaged/stored Vehicle and check tire pressure and fluid levels

    • Dress the bathrooms with fresh linens
           

Icon Package--On-site Services Include:

  • All On-site Services in Signature Package
                         PLUS

  • One Post-Storm(wind/rain) assessment (where applicable)

  • Provide Three (3) additional Concierge on-site, client-selected services per month (some examples include):

    • Set out selected Flowers in defined rooms

    • Stock Refrigerator/Pantry with requested items

    • Hang Robes in Bathrooms
                            OR

    • Half Day (4 hours) per month of Concierge on-site attendance during repairs / construction / maintenance of client-selected vendor(s)
