     Focus: Addresses the needs of established to mid-sized businesses who require more extensive, ongoing contract management support and expertise and those who have a higher number of contracts.  
    Types of included services:
Review of 24 simple contracts (e.g. each contract 1 to 4 pages) or 16 moderate contracts (e.g. each contract 5 to 9 pages) or 8 advanced contracts (e.g. each contract 10 to 15 pages) or any combination thereof based on advanced conference.  Higher level contracts available for review above these levels based on individual consultation and assessment. 
Assistance with contract drafting (standard templates).
Establish a basic contract management system (if applicable).
Negotiation support for standard contract terms and key performance indicators.
Basic contract compliance review and quality assessment, and consultation for basic corrective action plan generation and follow-up tools.
Assistance with developing and implementing contract policies and procedures.
Assistance with tabulation of monthly reporting on contract activity and compliance (if applicable) and strategic recommendations.
Up to 18 hours of service included per package. Costs will be adjusted based on additional contract reviews or additional hours needed. Minimum 2 Hour booking for each session.
