Our File Management Fundamental Package offered by Adventure Real Estate Concierge helps businesses implement a foundational approach to paper sorting, filing and organization, thereby significantly elevating business efficiency and effectiveness. 

     Focus: Addresses the needs of small business organizations who require the establishment of a file organization system.

    Included services:

  • Initial assessment of existing paper and digital filing systems.
  • Recommendations and guidance for basic file organization, file naming conventions and storage best practices and improvements.
  • Creation of a simple file naming convention for digital documents. Setup of an initial basic computer file structure (e.g., creating folders for projects, clients, etc.)
  • Creation of a basic physical file folder structure for paper documents. Initial setup of a basic paper filing system (up to 3 categories, e.g., invoices, receipts, contracts)
  • One-time basic file organization session (paper and/or digital).
  • One-time digitization of up to 10 paper documents (each document limited to no more than 10 pages).
  • One-time paper sorting & filing of up to 25 paper documents
  • Up to 2 hours of service each session.
