Our File Management Streamlined Package offered by Adventure Real Estate Concierge helps small to mid-sized businesses implement and support a structured approach to paper and digital filing.
Focus: Addresses the needs of small to mid-sized business organizations who require guidance and support in their file organization system.
Included services:
- Includes all services in our Fundamental Package plus the additional services below.
- Expansion of paper filing system (up to 5 categories).
- Expansion of paper sorting & filing of up to 50 new paper documents.
- Expansion of digital file organization (moving files to correct folders, deleting duplicates).
- Basic cloud storage setup and syncing
- Assist with establishing a written policy for file retention of documents and records, including retention periods for different types of documents.
- Up to 8 hours of service per package. Costs will be adjusted based on additional client needs or additional hours needed. Minimum 2 Hour booking for each session.
