     Focus: Addresses the needs of small to mid-sized business organizations who require guidance and support in their file organization system.

    Included services:

  • Expansion of paper filing system (up to 5 categories).
  • Expansion of paper sorting & filing of up to 50 new paper documents.
  • Expansion of digital file organization (moving files to correct folders, deleting duplicates).
  • Basic cloud storage setup and syncing
  • Assist with establishing a written policy for file retention of documents and records, including retention periods for different types of documents.
  • Up to 8 hours of service per package. Costs will be adjusted based on additional client needs or additional hours needed. Minimum 2 Hour booking for each session.
